We provide highly personalised yoga sessions for individuals and couples that easily fit into your schedule and lifestyle. Our clients enjoy weekly private yoga sessions in the comfort of their home via zoom or in person in Canary Wharf.

The sessions are tailored to your request and are inspired by:

Vinyasa: An active and athletic yoga practice. This practice links rhythmic movement with breath within a dynamic sequence.

Yin: This deep grounding practice focuses on maintaining passive poses for longer periods of time. Yin poses open connective tissue and stimulate organs.

Restorative: A practice supported by various props within deeply relaxing poses to regulate the nervous system.

Pranayama: Breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and the flow of prana - life energy.

Meditation: A mind - body practice to wipe away stress and bring inner peace.

Adaptive/Chair: A gentle opening sequence supported by a chair and other props curated specifically for injuries, illness or trauma. The goal is not only to modify poses but to use yoga as a tool to improve mobility, function and quality of life.
