Membership terms

 

 

Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to Olion Yoga. These membership terms govern the relationship between Olion Yoga and our members. By enrolling in our classes, events, workshops or by purchasing a membership or any other programs, you agree to comply with these memberships terms which are supplement and form a part of the Terms and Conditions.

  

Registration/Enrollment

 

All members must complete the registration form and provide accurate, up-to date personal and contact information before starting classes.

Medical information: All members must disclose any relevant medical information.

 

Offerings

Olion Yoga offers class packages, subscriptions, drop-in classes, private classes and corporate sessions.

Please be aware that the available content and offerings are subject to change, modify, delete, and/or alter the offerings on our platform and/or services including but not limited to updating, adding to, enhancing, modifying, removing or altering any content or features of the service and/or platform, at any time, in our sole discretion without notice. By using our service after we make any changes, you agree to accept those changes.

 

Account, Billing Cycles and Auto Renewal

 Membership fees: All fees must be paid in full before the class or before the package starts. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card etc.

 Any membership recurs on a monthly basis at the then - current price, as applicable, until it is cancelled in accordance with the Terms. You will receive advanced notice of any price change.

We reserve the right to increase our prices at any point in our sole discretion provided that the increased price shall not take effect until your next renewal period. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that your membership has recurring payment features and accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations before the cancellation of your membership by you or us. We do not issue refunds. You are responsible for keeping your billing and account information up-to-date. YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY us if your payment method is cancelled (e.g loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your username or password.

 

Withdrawal Policy

·       Withdrawal: If a member chooses to withdraw from a membership, written notice is required at least A MONTH in advance.

·       Drop ins, Class packages are not refundable.

Suspension/Termination by us

We may immediately terminate or suspend your account and all or portion of your membership if:

1.     Your payment is overdue (provided that we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the overdue payment before we terminate or suspend)

2.     You provide false or inaccurate information

3.     You violate the Terms and conditions

4.     You engage in conduct that is a violation of any applicable law or tariff (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws) or

5.     If you engage in conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing to company employees, agents, or other users)

 

If your membership or access to services is terminated, we have the right to immediately delete all data, files, and other information stored in or for your account without further notice. You must pay all charges up to and including the date of termination.

 

Billing Authorisation

You may be asked to provide a payment method (such as a credit, charge, or debit card number) that we accept, along with other payment information, to purchase any of the services or activate your membership. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) you provide us. Your authorisations in this section also apply to our payment processors and other companies acting as billing agents for us. You hereby authorise us to charge your specified payment method on a monthly basis in line with your membership. You authorise the issuer of your selected payment method to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt.

 

Third Party Payment Processors

You agree to pay us, through our payment processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide when you set up your account. We reserve the right to correct or instruct our payment processors to correct any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.

 

Liability

  1. Neither Olia nor Olion Yoga will accept liability for any damage or loss to a Member’s or guest’s personal property brought into the premises.

  2. All activities are taken at the Member’s own risk.

  3. Neither Olia nor Olion Yoga nor their servants and agents shall be liable for personal injury sustained by Members whilst on the premises, except in so far as it can be proven that this relates to the wilful act.

  4. Members who suffer an accident or injury on the premises must report the accident or injury and the circumstances in which it occurred.

 

Member’s health and safety warranty

 

  1. Members must warrant and represent that they are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in exercise. If through injury or other reason, such as pregnancy, this is not the case, they must consult a doctor before engaging in exercise and that he/she knows of no medical or other reason why he/she is not able to engage in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

  2. The Member shall not be part of the class whilst suffering from any infectious or contagious illness, disease or other ailment or whilst suffering from a physical ailment such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infections where there is a risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other Members.

 

Data protection

Your data privacy and security are important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Notice which explains how we collect, store, and handle your personal data.

 

Photography and Social Media Consent

 

·       Photos and Videos: Olion Yoga may occasionally take photos or videos of members during classes, workshops, or events for use in promotional materials, on social media, or on our website.

·       Consent: By enrolling, you consent to Olion Yoga using these images.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Olion Yoga reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We encourage you to periodically review the T & Cs on our website for the latest information.

  

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UNITED KINGDOM, ENGLAND, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
